I've been online with BT using MiamiDX since i started surfing,when they
gave me my PAP/CHAP authentification i couldn't connect.It turned out that
they are a bit unsure wether the case sensetive digits are the letter's'l,L
or the number 1.It took me three phonecalls before one of the bt phonestaff
said'hang on a minute,that might be a lower case 'L'and not the capital
i.!'
